There are two options a 5 stage Reverse Osmosis system (Sediment → Pre-Carbon → RO Membrane → Mineral Add-Back → Post Carbon) or a 4 stage Micro-Filtration system (Sediment → Pre-Carbon → Lead/Cyst CBC → Post Carbon). Both provide high quality drinking water . RO also reduces dissolved solids and pharmaceuticals, then adds back the good minerals.
You can set the cold water to one of three temperatures — 37°, 41° or 44°. Hot Water defaults to 185°F, perfect for tea, instant coffee and hot beverages.
The cold tank holds 1 gallon and the hot tank holds 0.5 gallon, giving a solid reserve for high-demand periods.
